Senior Civil Engineer (KSA National)

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for the application of routine and scheduled civil works across the community. Involving the supervision of the FM Service Providers and the stakeholder’s services providers ensuring coordination is applied to work schedules.

Description
Oversee the maintenance of buildings and grounds of projects from civil perspectiveWide scope of service supervision to ensure works are performed across the Communities, inclusive of the maintenance on, landscaping hardscape, building repairs, and small projects.Ensure that civil works are performed at the highest standardsIdentifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of Engineering operationsGuides the FM service Providers on Civil works and monitors the completion and standards of works.Support the development of any small works projects and perform contract management.

Profile
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering,8+ years of relevant experienceStrong interpersonal skillsProject management experience
