The Senior Category Manager is responsible to grow the beverages department’s sales and margin in the MENA business. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (host brand) to maintain and optimize core beverage assortment and deliver new product innovation to continue to build Starbucks’s brand of the future.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Track & Report on Sales & Margin performance at Department and Category level.
Define the 12 months rolling beverage calendar based on sales and customer insight.
Work with Host brand to share insight and feedback to deliver New Product innovation.
Maintain & Optimize Core assortment & Pricing.
Lead cross functional projects to capitalize on new opportunities.
Support the development of the Beverage Team members.
Bachelors Degree in Business Management – Finance
Assortment & Price management, category analysis
6- 10 years experience Category Management / Merchandising / Supply Chain / Finance
