Job Description:
Lead brand strategy and commercial performance across our multi-brand portfolio—planning, launching, and optimizing collections, VM, retail marketing, and clienteling to deliver profitable growth and a consistent luxury experience.
Core Responsibilities
1. Brand & Portfolio Strategy
- Build annual brand plans by category/price-tier; define role of each brand to avoid cannibalization and fill white spaces.
- Own brand calendars: launches, capsules, exclusives, events.
- Maintain precise positioning and messaging aligned with brand standards.
- Scout, evaluate, and recommend new external brands/partners that fit brand audience, positioning, and financial model
- Own brand plan (annual strategy, launch calendar, budgets).
2. Commercial & Merchandising Partnership
- Work with inventory team on assortment and pricing architecture.
- Track stock cover; follow up on reorders especially with external brands.
- Drive set/half-set attachment to grow invoice value; manage hero/SKU ladders.
3. Go-to-Market & Retail Activation
- Build 360° launch toolkits for brands (story, assets, VM briefs, CRM scripts).
- Coordinate with Retail Operations & VM for window stories, in-store theatre, pop-ins.
- Plan BTL activations, private appointments, and exhibition plans.
4. Growth Marketing & Content
- Brief and QA content aligned to luxury guidelines; ensure channel fit (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, search/display, in-mall OOH).
- Partner with PR/Influencer on tiered seeding and storytelling.
- Track ROMI; reallocate budgets to winners quickly.
5. Client Development & CRM
- Define clienteling playbooks by segment (HNWI, bridal, gifting, everyday).
- Build event pipelines (VIP previews, styling sessions)
- Monitor repeat rate, UPT, NPS; and close the loop on feedback.
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align with Production on timelines.
- Work with Finance on monitoring the contribution margin, ROMI
- Lead monthly performance meetings; circulate dashboards and actions.
- Continously connecting with the inventory team to monitor new collection launches from the different brands
7. Governance & Brand Health
- Ensure brand assets, co-op guidelines, and legal/contractual use with partner brands in coordination with the sales operations head.
- Manage brand exclusivities.
- Conduct quarterly brand reviews with corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with other Brand Managers/ Marketing Managers to coordinate their brand performance and set tactical messaging for each brand.
