**Senior Backend Developer**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer proficient in .NET MVC and .NET Core to architect, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs. This role encompasses the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions utilizing C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with frontend, DevOps, and other technical teams to deliver efficient enterprise applications. This individual will be detail-oriented, possess strong collaborative abilities, and demonstrate the capacity to mentor junior developers while upholding adherence to established coding standards and agile methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs utilizing .NET MVC, .NET Core, and C#.
* Design and implement RESTful services and database solutions employing SQL Server.
* Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient deployment processes.
* Optimize backend performance and database queries to ensure scalability and reliability.
* Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
* Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote adherence to clean coding practices.
* Apply relevant software design patterns and maintain high code quality through comprehensive testing.
* Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes.
* Document technical specifications and architectural decisions in a clear and concise manner.

**Qualifications:**

* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in backend development using .NET MVC and .NET Core is required.
* Demonstrable expertise in C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
* Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
* A comprehensive understanding of frontend integration and system architecture.
* Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
* Experience working within agile development frameworks.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proven ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
