Job Description
- Manage books of accounts
- Preparation of monthly group financial reporting (PL, cash flow and ad hoc reports)
- Consolidation of via report
- Proactive networking and exchange of best practices with other members of the Finance team in the Region
- Manage invoicing and validation and payment of vendor invoices
- Verify and control travel, hotel and expense claims
- Manage banking transactions
- Responsible for documentation and management of external audits, VAT and other statutory/taxation requirements
- Regional support – work on multiple tasks assigned by the Regional Finance Director
- Education of Masters or Degree of Finance related course
- Minimum of 5 years’ significant mid-level Accounting/Finance experience
- Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Due to the confidential nature of the information dealt with, the role holder needs to be able to be discreet and to handle matters sensitively with concerns escalated appropriately
- Chartered Accountant and/or Certified Public Accountant are preferred
- Nationality- Open
- Gender – Male/Female
- Age: 30+
- Qualification: CPA, CMA, ACA, CA, UAW VAT Law, Microsoft Excel, excellent written & spoken English
- Working: Tally ERP
- Knowledge of Export Documentation, UAE Banking, Letter of Credit

Salary: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
