Job Description
- Post accounting records and invoices on daily basis
- Post month end closing entries (Prepayments – Accruals – Depreciation. etc.)
- General Ledger Reconciliation and double entry book-keeping and adjustment entries.
- Bank reconciliations, Accounts Receivable and Payable reconciliation and analysis
- Assist in forecasting and budget preparation
- Analyze transactions and develop periodic reports for management
- Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) and Notes
- Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks Online on daily basis.
- Analyze the financial data through Excel (knowledge of excel a distinct advantage).
- Reconcile Supplier and Customer Accounts (B2B/ B2C) on periodic basis and adjust related entries.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Proficiency in using Excel is a distinct advantage (finance functions formulas).
- (3- 4) years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE or KSA.
- Arabic and English Language essential.
- Understanding of IFRS
- Good knowledge of VAT in GCC (KSA or UAE).
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical skills.

- Self-starter and quick learner.
- Strong communications skills.
- Arabic National as per Job requirement
