Job Description :
Preparing day to day transactions (Petty Cash, Loans, Sites cash flow, Ect. )Ensure the integrity of accounting information by verifying, allocating, posting and entering transactions.Prepare error-free accounting reports and their results.Making accounts analysis reports.Making Purchasing Orders, and finalize related payments .Handle subcontractors, customers, suppliers payments .Reconcile and prepare the quarterly payment of the withholding tax.Preparing payroll, payroll tax calculations, social insurance, any related entries .Checks collections, Checks deposit, finalize all banking needs .Handle all treasury and bank transactions from deposit to payment and issuing Checks. Subcontractors statements.Prepare and summarize all the transaction reports and financial status which includes a balance sheet, profit & loss statement.Stay up to date knowledge of the latest business trends.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Preferred Accounting experience in Construction field.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.Proficient in MS Excel.Strong aptitude for quantitative skills and numbers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and internal controls.Excellent at analyzing information and interpret for other departments.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.Hardworking and honest.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical skills.
