Job Description: **Option:**
The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all on-site work adheres to current, approved drawings, specifications, construction schedules, and method statements, while also resolving any technical issues arising at the site. This includes the comprehensive oversight and coordination of General Foremen and Site Engineers, encompassing the allocation of work areas, personnel, materials, and equipment. The Site Supervisor will diligently monitor work execution to ensure compliance with approved method statements. They will complete all necessary Quality Assurance documentation and coordinate with the Project QA Manager/Engineer for daily site inspections. The Site Supervisor will also prepare and submit timely site reports to the Construction Manager, coordinate the activities of various subcontractors, and conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to specified requirements and schedules, as well as the availability of sufficient and competent resources. Any potential delays must be reported to the Construction Manager. The Site Supervisor will maintain a detailed site diary, documenting daily activities and any factors adversely impacting the project. Furthermore, they will ensure that all subordinates and related subcontractors utilize the latest approved shop drawings and submittals, provide instructions for proper materials storage in designated areas, coordinate with the site safety officer to implement safety regulations, and participate in the project handover process.
