Job Description :

Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environmentAct as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clientsDevelop and maintain a filing systemManage communication including emails and phone callsScreen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messagesType, prepare and collate reportsPrepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopyingFile and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partnersDocument expenses and hand in reportsMaintain & check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders Receive invoices and review for accuracyManage the office helpers to maintain the cleanliness of the office.

Job Requirements :

At least 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative AssistantBachelor degree in Accounting is a MUST.Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresExcellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers)Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
