Job Description :

Maintain executive agenda and assist in planning appointments, Executive Manager meetings, conferences, etc.Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).Make travel arrangements for members of boardHandle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.Book meeting rooms as required.Schedule in-house and external events

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.From 1 – 3 Yrs of Proven experience as executive secretary, Administrative officer or similar administrative role.Proficient in MS Office is a MUST.In depth knowledge of office management..Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Outstanding communication.Attention to detail.Females only.Excellent English is a Must.
