Job Description
• Preparing the agenda for the CEO and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
• Coordinating and attending meetings on behalf of the CEO
• Receive and forward phone calls on demand
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and arranging them according to priorities
• Preparing and processing travel arrangements for executives
• Handling confidential documents and ensuring that they remain secure
• Preparing invoices and financial statements and providing bookkeeping assistance
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Maintain electronic and paper records and ensure information is organized so that it is easily accessible
• Conduct research and prepare presentations and reports upon request
