Job Description :

 Main Job Duties:Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of the Chairman Office requirements.Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriateHandle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFemales onlyAttention to detail and problem solving skillsProficiency in MS OfficeGood EnglishBachelor Degree
