Overseeing general office operation.Greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone callsCoordinating appointments and meetings and managing calendars and schedules.Purchasing office supplies and equipmentProducing reports and composing correspondenceCreating presentations and other management-level reports.Organizing meetings and managing databasesDealing with correspondence, complaints, and queriesPreparing letters, presentations, and reports

Job Requirements :

At least 1 years of experience in the same position is a must.Excellent in MS officeExcellent in English.Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills and Excellent analysis skills
