Job Description


·       Office Management: keeping utilities and bills up to date, organize relevant meetings and arrangements as required

·       Account Management: keeping all necessary meetings, documents, and materials related to the day-to-day basis, keep record of statutory minutes of meetings when and where applicable by Dubai Authorities

·       Business development: hosting as many meetings as necessary with stakeholders, advisors, new and potential investments, etc

·       Human Resources: Organize meetings of new personal as requested, arrange trips and hotels as requested, keep records of all payments and documentation
