Our client is a leading FinTech Organisation who due to growth and expansion and the recent award of a SAMA License they are expanding their Crypto Business to Saudi Arabia. As such they are recruiting for a Country Manager with a commercial / business development background.
Required Skills and Experience
• Genuine passion for technology and the retail industry
• Minimum of 7 + years commercial experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience in selling tech product/solutions or digital product, e-commerce solutions in omni-channel
• Strong familiarity with the retail industry
• Ability to analyze business opportunities and to understand the customer needs;
• Management capabilities in order to develop and manage the new branch
Ideal canddiate will be responsible for:
o Individual and team annual sales and account management goals.
o Drive changes to the commercial model and generate new revenue streams.
o Deliver sustainable profit as well as the market share growth in the KSA market.
o Direct a team of professionals and promote the development and implementation of designated sales initiatives and client business plans.
• Responsible for developing and nurturing multiple key customer relationships in a complex client environment. (BtoB / Large accounts / BtoBtoC)
• Responsible for delivering world class products and services through profitable renewal, conversion and new business development.
• Maintain and develop a network of strategic partners to ensure the best market penetration.
• Manage and coach the performance of a cross functional team of consultants, individual contributors and salespeople internally and externally connected to the company
• Maintain a high level of customer involvement and for establishing Sabre as the global leader in this segment.
