Job Description:The Sales Team at KTS International is tasked with cultivating and maintaining relationships with current, prospective, and future clients by offering bespoke services tailored to their specific needs. We provide a journey characterized by excellence, professionalism, confidentiality, and trust, delivering a luxury customer experience commensurate with our provision of premium travel services and arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Proactively identify and generate leads through diverse channels, including networking, direct outreach, and digital platforms.
* Present and promote Kingdom Travel Services’ concierge offerings to potential clients.
* Develop and sustain robust, long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
* Assess client requirements and customize service offerings to address their individual needs.
* Achieve or surpass established monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
* Collaborate with operations and concierge teams to ensure efficient and seamless service execution.
* Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and client communications within the CRM system.
* Remain current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and prevailing market conditions.

Skills:

  • Please note all candidates must be able to communicate fluently in English

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Qualities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and understand their needs.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of luxury travel and lifestyle services is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings or events.
