Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Cold calling existing clients as well as prospective clients.
- Encourage clients to purchase/sell property.
- Encourage clients to come for property visit.
- Input/ manage clients’ lead databases.
- Regular follow up on leads.
- Assist sales team in achieving targets.
- Suggest solution based on customers’ needs and requirements.
Skills
The ideal candidate must have:
- 2-3 years of real estate tele caller experience.
- A great communicator and negotiator.
- Self-motivated and target oriented individuals are preferred.
- Can be able to create reports & having multi-tasking skills are essential.
Salary: AED 2500 – AED 3000 (based on previous experience)
