Job Description:**Subject: Vacancy: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales**

The Polygon, a rapidly expanding real estate firm distinguished by its innovative practices, data-driven sales approach, and results-oriented culture, invites applications for the position of Team Leader – Real Estate Sales, based in Sheikh Zayed, Giza. This full-time position requires a minimum of three years’ experience in real estate sales, including at least one year in a team leadership capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of property consultants focused on primary market sales. This individual will oversee team performance, facilitate the closure of high-value transactions, and ensure the delivery of a superior client experience. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, operational execution, and mentorship.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate consultants.
* Oversee daily operations, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
* Provide support to team members in closing transactions and managing complex negotiations.
* Engage directly with clients as required and facilitate the closure of high-value sales.
* Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
* Collaborate with management to align on marketing campaigns, sales targets, and inventory management.
* Utilize internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to monitor sales pipeline and lead engagement.
* Represent The Polygon in a professional manner with clients and developers.

Skills:

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.

Strong background in primary market sales (developer-focused).

Fluent English is a must (spoken and written).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Confident using CRM systems and sales analytics.

Deep understanding of the real estate market, especially West Cairo.
