Job Description

  • Plan, forecast and achieve yearly revenue & margin targets.
  • Daily meeting with customers to drive revenue and and build relationship.
  • Monitoring and reviewing performance with the team to ensure Sales Target Achievement.
  • Assign monthly targets to the team & drive them to achieve the numbers.
  • Initiate new product introductions to the trade in order to generate additional revenue flow. 
  • Ensure targets for new customer onboarding is achieved every quarter.
  • Prepare requisite reports and presentations to the team and reporting manager to showcase performance as well as forward plans.
  • Negotiate with customers on products & pricing on a regular basis.
