- Plan, forecast and achieve yearly revenue & margin targets.
- Daily meeting with customers to drive revenue and and build relationship.
- Monitoring and reviewing performance with the team to ensure Sales Target Achievement.
- Assign monthly targets to the team & drive them to achieve the numbers.
- Initiate new product introductions to the trade in order to generate additional revenue flow.
- Ensure targets for new customer onboarding is achieved every quarter.
- Prepare requisite reports and presentations to the team and reporting manager to showcase performance as well as forward plans.
- Negotiate with customers on products & pricing on a regular basis.
- Team Handling
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years Experienced on Similar Field (HORECA)
- Proficient with numbers and logical reasoning.
- Have excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic is a definite advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and short timelines.
