We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor possessing five to seven years of experience in the Food and Beverage or bakery sectors, with specific emphasis on Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the market, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a demonstrable aptitude for driving sales performance. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and will contribute significantly to the achievement of established sales objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives designed to facilitate market penetration and expand the client portfolio within the bakery sector.
* Establish and maintain robust relationships with existing B2B clients, while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Conduct thorough market analysis to discern prevailing trends, opportunities, and competitive pressures, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
* Generate comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations for executive review, highlighting accomplishments and areas necessitating improvement.
