  • Working closely with sales management at higher echelons to define sales plans and budgets, leveraging your insights to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
  • Taking charge of a sales team’s performance by providing direction and guidance, driving them towards surpassing predefined targets.
  • Carrying out periodic performance assessments of team members, furnishing constructive guidance, and enacting corrective steps as appropriate, in a supportive team-focused ambiance.
