Cecil International, the leading company in Toys & Baby Care Product is looking for Professional Sales Supervisors for wholesales and modern trade.Builds sales team and leads them to achieve the sales targets in terms of:Quantity TargetsValue Targets : Overall and Per CustomerMargin Targets: Overall and Per CustomerActive CustomersOpening New AccountsSets yearly, quarterly and monthly Sales Plan and follows up its execution.Proposes new enhancements for Sales Processes.Proposes sales budgets and forecasts.Identifies resources and performs workload assignments.Organizes Sales Team Visits:Sets schedule, routes and objectives of daily visits of sales team for existing customers.Manages and supervise sales team daily visits & calls to existing customers.Achieves the objectives of sales visitsManages sales operations including coordination with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely and efficiently delivery of products.Manage collection of due payments of customers.Measures Customer Satisfaction and builds effective Customer Relationships.Plans and schedules deliveries to meet customer needs.
Job Requirements :
University Graduate.5:10 Years of ExperienceGood command of English and MS Office.Leadership, communication, negotiation, customer service and result oriented competences.Having a car is preferred.
