Job Description
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Research and develop a deep understanding of hospitality industry
- Generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and other means
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts
- Understand customer needs and requirements and match them with the company’s solutions
- Negotiate pricing within guidelines
- Close deals and achieve peroidic quotas
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide timely reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute account-based marketing plans
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events on behalf of the company
- Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments
- Provide input to improve services.
- Tracking / Monitoring all the incoming inquiries and submission of all Quotations.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
