Job Scope:1. Generate sales and Empower business of INFRASTRUCTURE & UTILITIES division.2. Conduct market research and customer analysis.3. Maximize sales potential with existing and potential customers.4. Introduce new customers and Penetrate local infrastructure and utilities market.5. Handle, sell and develop products such as: Water & Sewage Pipe, Fittings and valves;pumps; drainage systems; Sewage and water filtration; manhole covers; corrosion protection;blowers & centrifugal compressors…6. Contribute to relationship management with Consultants, developers and End users for thesake of adding our products to their PVL.7. Plan yearly sales Targets of the division and set adequate implementation plan in order toachieve or exceed the targeted growth.8. Support sales in closing deals, negotiate with suppliers and ensure proper costing.9. Track achievements & sales figures monthly and Forecast annual and quarterly salesrevenue.10. Formulate policies, process & procedures and ensure proper implementation.11. Plan yearly target of sales staff.12. Monitor achievements and evaluate performance of the entire team, aiming to meet or exceedsales targets.13. Investigate lost deals and discuss with suppliers and Group General Management.14. Develop pricing schedules, rates15. Negotiate with suppliers & partners keeping and developing best relations.16. Set and improve marketing strategies enhancing market penetration.17. Plan and Control inventory & Monitor payment collection and eliminate bad debts.18. Support and assist consultants for efficient and economic product.19. Obtaining information about competitors’ products and prices.20. Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.21. Negotiate terms of any contract in conjunction with company policy.22. Approve invoices and subcontractors payments.23. Support the generation of a challenging product development.24. Attending and solving customer complaints.25. Skilful in Resources & Relationship management.26. Team development and Recruitment.27. Any additional task that may be assigned by General management.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 10-15 years experience in Sales and marketing of INFRASTRUCTURE & UTLILITIES Products.
- Local/Gulf experience in the same field.
- Good interpersonal relationship, Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command on Arabic and English (Spoken & Written). Arabic is a must.
- Qatar driving license.
