Assume responsibilities for reception duties encompassing visitor and client reception, sales support, communications management, scheduling, facility maintenance, public relations assistance, document delivery, data management, teamwork, and general administrative support.
Skills:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in sales, public relations, reception, or office support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
