Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Representative – Dry Food Products

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: [Faisal/Giza]

Reports To: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

*Job Summary: –

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of pet’s dry food products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the pet’sfood industry and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

*Key Responsibilities: –

-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the dry food sector (retailers, wholesalers, distributors, B2B, B2C, etc.)

-Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups.

-Conduct product presentations and provide samples to potential clients.

-Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients in accordance with company policy.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

-Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

-Ensure timely collection of payments and manage customer accounts effectively.

-Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.

-Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

*Qualifications & Requirements: –

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

-Proven experience (2+ years) in sales of Pets dry food products or FMCG.

-Strong knowledge of dry food items and market demand.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

-Ability to work independently and handle customer objections professionally.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-willingness to travel as needed.

*Preferred Skills: –

-Existing network of clients in the food industry.

-Knowledge of import/export regulations if working in international markets.

-Experience with CRM systems.

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): –

-Monthly/quarterly sales targets.

-Client acquisition and retention rate.

-Market penetration in new territories.

-Customer satisfaction and feedback.

-Payment collection timelines.
