Provide customers with all information about Royal Jordanian. Demonstrate services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Maximizing RJ revenue, achieve the set target, looking for new market and new potential.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current agents and prospective agents to generate new business for the organization.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals /quotations for current and prospective customers
- Resolve agent complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations.
- Determine agent requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding RJ offers, rules fares etc.
