Job Description

Opens new accounts which are of sound and profitable sales potential for the products assigned to them.• Ensures regular and timely visits to the assigned outlets according to the ‘Journey Plan’ to ensure productsare available in a timely manner.• Ensures that product’s visibility is enhanced effectively to meet the market demands and offtakes.• Promotes the Products as per the company’s ‘Sales Policies’ and by effectively using Monthly Sales OperationsPlans so as to ensure stock-pressure at the point of sales.• Actively involves in identifying potential sites for displays/rentals and coordinates with the Supervisor tomaintain, renew or withdraw displays so as to maximize Sales.• Acquires thorough product-knowledge of the individual SKUs assigned to them and studies the unique sellingproperties of each SKU against competitive offerings for effective product-detailing.• Ensures prompt recovery of market out-standings (receivables) by promptly presenting the statements asper their ageing and followed by routine follow-ups.• Responsible for the control on Good Returns and their documentations in assigned outlets and ensuresappropriate and prompt follow-ups are carried out to complete the transactions.• Assists the promotional activities by facilitating the scheduling of promotions and by arranging for POSMaterials, Samples and Inputs.• Reports Customer/Outlet feedbacks, issues and grievances promptly to the Sales Supervisor.• Reports to their immediate Sales Supervisor on a day-to-day basis and submits his daily Sales reports as perthe norms.
