Job Description
- Formulate detailed technical recruiting documents for sourcing and analytical purposes.
- Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule for the prescribed profiles.
- Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
- Carry out the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers
- Upload clear and concise work requirements on various offline and online platforms.
- Survey prominent hiring portals to upload company requirements for appropriate candidates.
Skills
- Adept in portraying excellent soft skills during interviews and formal meetings.
- Proficient in meeting company demands by solving the existing talent gap in the hierarchy.
- Time management skills;
- Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of telephonic, lunch, puzzle, video, and group interviews.
- Bachelor’s degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
