Sales Operations Manager

Job Description :

Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.Inures the smoothness of the sales operations (Reservations, Reservation, Contracts, Payment Plans).Coach and train the sales team to  insure effectives of the Bac-koffice sales operation.Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents in order to verify and resolve complaintsRemain current with the latest inventory management and sales transactionsConfer with other department management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities.Provide the monthly needed report to the top Management regarding the project progress.Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the inventory management operationsManage the contracts process and operations Design Payment plans and mvp for all company’s projects

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degreeMin 5 years experience in the field of Real Estate Sales Operations.Analytical skills.Problem SolvingMS OfficePlanning and Organizing skills
