Job Description :
Responsible for developing and selling activities to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year on year.Responsible for researching, developing marketing strategy/business analysis and plan that will help the company break into a new market, take advantage of opportunities therein to meet predetermined goals and objectivesAnalyze market value (Net Present Value – NPV) and put in place a selling strategy/business plan that will give the company a competitive edge in the market place thereby translating into new business/profit to improve the bottom line of the companyIdentifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations.Analyze, forecast, advise and provide timely and prompt information on salesSet Sales process cycle and auditing on the process cycleSet contract groundwork, contract revision and advise in liaison with the legal departmentParticipate in preparing payment plansEnsure that the inventory is updated (available units-sold units)Prepare all kind of reports for the top managementManage BrokersPrepare evaluation report for each campaigns/posts/online and offline marketingFollow-up with the sales team and gather the visits/meetings outcome
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.A Master’s degree/MBA will be an added advantageMinimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales leadership position.In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market.Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Familiarity with operational, sales operations, financial, and quality assurance is a must
