Creating reports about sales operations performance and identifying areas for improvement based on data analysisCoordinating with other departments, such as distribution, factory, warehouse receiving, to ensure that products are shipped in good condition and right quantityTracking sales opportunities from lead generation through close of sale to ensure that all opportunities are followed up on, including making follow up calls to sales managers who have not responded to previous outreach efforts.Processing orders via ERP System (SAP-B1) maintaining records of inventory levels, and monitoring customer satisfaction with products or services.Maintaining databases of prospective clients and customers including, products complains, contact information and details about their invoicing process. Working with the marketing department to develop plans for new product launches or other special events.Coordinating with accounting to ensure that invoices are applied in a timely mannerQualify sales leads utilizing reporting and analytics tools.Engage in pre-sale engagement activities for target customers prior to Sales engagement.Organize sales activities to drive existing and new customer engagement.Utilize the ERP process system to help and organize the District Sales team’s customer accounts, enable global engagement, and ensure data integrity measurements are met.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Produce reporting on key metrics launch products and manage monthly delivery of key reports to the District Sales and marketing Managers.Ensure updated stock FG are accessible to Sales team, and create customer-focused Power BI report in support of business needs.Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Support the on-boarding of new Sales channels for the facelift and new launch products. Contribute to monthly sales plans, as directed by the District Sales Managers.Communicate new internal information and tools to Sales, warehouse, and operation teams ensuring they are informed of new developments.Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs.
Job Requirements :
1 to 5 years of experience in the same field. Excellent at Microsoft Office.Bachelor Degree Of any relevant major.
