SALES MANAGER R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S A N D D U T I E S

You’ll work with your management team to run the store.

●       Keeping the customer experience, ethical selling, team development, sales and profitability as your main priorities.

●       Meeting deadlines for monthly paperwork, managerial reports, stock takes and payroll.

●       Driving and forecasting sales accounting for trends and sales targets.

●       Ordering, recording, and managing inventory.

●       Managing and accounting for all money-handling procedures.

●       Acting upon your analysis of the Management Accounts, KPI, in order to work towards achieving the core group goals in each area.

●       Spending time with customers to lead by example on the shop floor, whilst observing and supporting the team through clear, consistent shop floor coordination and communication to facilitate the best possible customer experience.

●       Inspiring and motivating your team, delegating, directing, coaching and supporting the team through clear and regular feedback recognising great customer service and developing areas of opportunity in their personal development and the customer experience.

●       Having a high level of awareness of the shop floor and excellent communication and teamwork with your Trainee Manager, Supervisors and Sales Assistants.

●       Dealing with staff issues or under performance professionally, quickly and fairly.

●       Overseeing the visual merchandising using the E.F.  guidelines for visually appealing.

●       Maintaining high levels of professional cleanliness and organisation throughout the store and back of house areas.

●       Proper communication with the Head Office team to properly support the business operation.

●       Managing Rota and absence should be monitored and managed.

●       Adhering to the Health and Safety procedures including all daily, weekly and monthly checks.

●       Overseeing a professional, on brand presence on all social media channels your store uses.
