Job Description :

Direct and oversee an organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long termsales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend productand service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensiveexperience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. Awide degree of creativity is expected. Typically reports to top management. Understands whatmotivates customers to buy and knows how to work out those needs and desires in an effectiveway.Key Responsibilities:• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies,analyzing trends and results.• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projectingexpected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.• Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply anddemand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating inprofessional societies.• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with companysales policies and strategies.• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill toensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPItarget are met.• Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, rewardand individual recognition.• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales programaccordingly.• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close newdeals.• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of ourcompany’s relationship with them.• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs.• Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customerinteractions.• Prepare reporting as needed.

Job Requirements :

+7 years of experience in food packaging products sales is a must.Preferable to have MBA DegreeFluent in English Language.Professional relationships with the clients and.Willing to take ownership. Understand the pricing strategy. Building product sales from scratch. Sales understanding for B2B Customers. Interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. Strong networker & relationship builder. Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard. Creative negotiation skills Using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales. Advanced time management skills
