Job Description

Based in Egypt and reporting to the Head of Product Sales – Gulf, the jobholder will actively drive profitable sales in Egypt representing the entire portfolio of dormakaba products and services with a specific focus on Door Hardware (DHW) and Interior Glass systems (IGS) products’ clusters. 

 

What you can expect:

 

  • Build up the business relationships by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding assigned partners, customers, and consultants
  • Support assigned partners in executing operational plans to achieve targets set by dormakaba
  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned partner accounts.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with channel partners
  • Execute end-to-end sales process within the assigned territory to achieve volume and profit objectives in line with business strategy.
  • Deliver Value Propositions and other key messaging to partner communities and accounts.
  • Perform technical sales presentations articulating the value proposition of our lodging system and door hardware solutions to partners and clients.
  • Forecast, prepare an annual budget, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
  • Coordinate activities in market intelligence on competition including price, lead time, and product offering feedback
  • Collaborate with the sales team and all internal stakeholders including Marketing, Project Management, and Sales Back-Office to drive and ensure smooth execution of the entire sales cycle
  • Update continuously the dormakaba Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain an effective and sustainable pipeline
  • Maintain technical competence and knowledge of dormakaba products and services at required levels through active participation in necessary training and deploying effective strategies to utilize gained knowledge in leveraging sales opportunities, cross-selling the dormakaba product portfolio, and enhancing customer relations
