This role requires a deep understanding of the global aviation market and the ability to support Business Development Managers in sourcing, quoting, and closing sales opportunities with our customers.Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the inside sales teams to achieve sales goals. Develop strategic sales plans to target key market segments. Collaborate with Business Development Managers in sourcing and quoting processes. Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with company objectives. Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the aerospace sales sector or related field. In-depth knowledge of the global aviation market and industry standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the MEA region is beneficial but not essential.
