Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for all business development & sales activities, acting as a mediator of information between our client and the external market environment. Our client is seeking a candidate who has had a stable sales career from the Shop Solutions or Retail Fit Out sector. You must have a valid a UAE drivers license and a car.


  • Sourcing and qualifying leads, approaching & retaining client relationships, and converting leads into business opportunities
  • Increase market share and maintain leadership through market penetration, attaining lead referrals from existing clients and regular updates from various sources
  • Provide adequate sales support and customer service to existing clients as required
  • Maintain and further develop contacts to generate additional leads through various
  • Establishing new alliances with industry related companies
  • Visiting trade fairs and developing contacts
  • Manage and record leads generated via Marketing/PR activities implemented by the company
  • Competitive intelligence on new product introduction, project overview, future developments
  • Tracking information across the GCC on new projects (Govt. and Private) and building a comprehensive databank of analysis
  • Establishing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Periodic Business Analysis with the General Manager and providing support on new product introduction/alignment strategies with the changing market demands and trends
  • Acquire customer specific feedback and develop reports of gathered data, especially new projects, competitors’ activities etc. and share knowledge to management and team
  • Draft Management reporting formats and providing assistance in organizing special networking events as required
