Our client is a leading distributor of Personal, Home Care and cosmetic products
As part of their aggressive expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager to
Key responsibility is to develop and manage the Account list / Geographical area assigned, promoting the Company product portfolio.
Achieve the sales targets defined by the Company;
Develop the Company portfolio with the introduction of new Principals/products;
Maintenance of the relation between the Company and the market;
Collection of market info needed for sales monitoring and development.  

·       Develop and manage Account list / Geographical area assigned (area or customer positive list)
·       Achieve sales and margin targets defined with the Business Line Manager
·       Manage Tier C suppliers assigned, under the supervision of BLM/BUM
·       Yearly Sales Budget input (revenues/volumes/margins) at customer/product level
·       Reach the Sales targets (Budget) for revenues and margins in the territory/customer list assigned
·       Regular monitoring of Sales trend and Sales Budget deviations
·       Follow the commercial guidelines set by BLM and regularly verify the development of activities implemented within area/customers managed
·       Manage commercial relationships with customer assigned, negotiating prices and supply conditions within the operating frame agreed with BLM
·       Corporate Credit policies implementation, deviations monitoring
·       Provide BLM market info necessary for correct stock refurbishing/maintenance
·       Actively support BLM managing low rotating/expired stocks
·       Apply prices/conditions/sales strategies defined by PM
·       Apply product allocation guidelines defined by BLM/PM
·       Regularly redact visit reports using Corporate tools (CRM) and manage the diffusion of the information included
·       Organize Customers joint visits when required by PM/BLM/Principals
·       Provide to PM/BLM information required for the correct regular internal reporting/to Principals
·       Prospect customers identification and development

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Ability to operate by objectives
·       Ability to travel often within the region
