Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Events Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


  • Experience in the events sector, especially international conferences and exhibitions.
  • Follow the movement of competitors in the market.
  • At least three years’ experience in event management sales.
  • Experienced in government sector events.
  • Identifying market potential to establish a new account, achieve sales target, revenue and profitability goal.
  • Regularly meet with clients and senior management .
  • Develops and executes effective account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
  • Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive companies in the market.
  • Track and control market movement.
