Job Description :

Work with the Sr. Sales Manager and Team Leaders on strategies to create and meet company annual and quarterly goals and prepare reports to share regular progress updates with the sales team and other company leaders.Set targets for the sales team and ensure the team is adequately trained on the company’s products and sales tools to perform their role and meet their goals.Review deal pipelines with the sales team to ensure progress is consistent with the goals and help the sales team win stuck deals.Participate in trade shows, study clubs, and other industry events and provide the primary follow-up to this group and handoff to inside sales as, and when, appropriateEnsure all HR, Customer Service, IT, and other department needs, including scheduling, reviews, and reports, are submitted on time and work with other company leadership in developing long-term plans and adherence to policies, for the sales team.Understand the surgical guide and prosthetic products and marketplace, as well as others the company may operate in, and report to leadership about observed changes taking place in the industry or among competitors.Recommend changes to the company, its products, pricing, procedures, or policies based on observed market trends

Job Requirements :
