The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers from the construction industry.
Identify, develop and win new Louver/facade opportunities to rapidly grow the business in country.
Manage in an organized and systematic fashion, develop business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with new and inactive customers.
Analyze facade ecosystem, including but not limited to regulators, developer, architect, main-contractor, façade contractor, subcontractor and partners.
Understand the decision-making processes of key decision makers/stakeholders of construction industry within country
Maximize contribution margin and revenue objectives
Provide input to team members for new products requirement
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of business plans with targeted new accounts and mapped to calendars time line.
Develop strategic-channel relationships, formulate alliances required, either extending existing partnerships with other technology providers, or proposing new partnerships required in particular sales situations
Create an action plan for value marketing, technical marketing, and sales, in order to establish Oncod as the preferred supplier of louver in country
Identify sales opportunities for Oncod louver products and target those opportunities in accordance with the action plan outlined above
Meet objectives set by the Sales director
Ensure that within the boundary of the position authority, legal and ethical standards of Oncod are fully applied
This position requires the closest cooperation and on-going communication with other team members including sales and technical people remotely
This position requires a natural ability to interface with a broad range of interlocutors spanning from political/CEO level to technical/marketing managers.
