Job Description:The individual will be responsible for the following:
* Developing annual sales plans to achieve established revenue targets.
* Formulating strategies for market entry and market share expansion.
* Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Supervising the sales team and establishing performance metrics.
* Cultivating relationships with existing clients and acquiring new clientele.
* Negotiating contracts and commercial terms with customers and distributors.
* Preparing sales proposals and pricing strategies informed by cost analysis and market competition.
* Researching and ensuring compliance with international market regulations and requirements.
* Overseeing shipping and customs clearance procedures to ensure timely delivery.
* Identifying and collaborating with agents and international partners to expand distribution networks.
* Ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards related to lime exports.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for both domestic and international markets.
* Representing the company at industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
* Delivering product presentations and providing educational materials to prospective customers.
* Coordinating with production teams to ensure adequate product availability.
* Overseeing transportation and warehousing operations to maintain product quality and ensure seamless delivery.
* Optimizing supply chains to improve efficiency and minimize costs.
* Analyzing sales data and preparing periodic reports for senior management review.
* Monitoring payment collections and resolving any financial discrepancies.
* Tracking customer satisfaction metrics and implementing strategies to enhance the overall purchasing experience.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) or specialized courses in sales and export management is a plus.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the chemical, mining, or construction materials industries.
- Proven experience in export operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and international trade.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and expanding into new markets.
