Sales Executive | Al Futtaim Automotive | Electric Mobility | Jeddah
Overview of the role:
To achieve sales targets on units (new & CPOV – Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle) and maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.
What you will do:
- Achieve monthly unit sale targets by taking the customer on a structured “one offer” journey
- Achieve the set Trade-ins
- Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets
- Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing for enhancing the Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Lead management (Telephone/Web/Walk-in enquiries)
- Capture customer data (test drive, ID, email address, etc.)
- Achieve 100% of the mandatory required training as per Al Futtaim and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements
- Ensure knowledge of competition activities to be able to counter customer arguments
Skills
Required skills to be successful:
- Experience working within the automotive Retail & SME industry often have to work extended hours most evenings and weekends to achieve their targets
- Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices
- Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products
- Written and spoken Arabic & English is a must

This role reports to the Sales Manager.
