A Sales Executive with experience in fitout and joinery is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for a company specializing in fitout and joinery services. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients in the construction and interior design industry, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and acquire new clients in the construction and interior design industry for fitout and joinery services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs, and develop tailored sales strategies to meet those needs.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  5. Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results to the sales manager.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in the fitout and joinery industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the construction or interior design industry.
  3. Strong understanding of fitout and joinery services and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  6. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  9. Good knowledge of the local construction and interior design market.
  10. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
