Job Description

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the set goals.
  • Analyze market and market intelligence to identify the branch unique selling and pricing propositions and differentiators.
  • Screen potential business deals and turn them into increased business through phone calling or scheduling meetings with prospect clients.
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships by making periodic visits and calls to explore specific needs and anticipate new opportunities.
  • Close new business deals by proposing as per client requirements.
  • Prepare and develop sales quotations.
  • Formulate and implement different tools and activities to promote services and attract new clients.
  • Collect and thoroughly document client needs to propose appropriate service.
  • Plan and develop winning technical and financial proposals based on client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze clients’ preferences and requirements to determine focus of sales efforts and actions needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through constant follow up regarding their needs and their fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to complete all related sales files.
  • Achieve the set sales target assigned by the direct manager.
  • Arrange for demonstration, presentations, trial installations or samples when required.
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and construction and contracting solutions.    
  • Assist in Preparing Project Execution Plan/Method statements by providing draft proposal data to milestone and participate in milestone schedule preparation.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
