KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis.
- Achieve set volume and value targets by regularly visiting market and promoting products to existing and new customers.
- Ensuring the right mix to market in order to achieve revenue target in designated area.
- Promoting new products to new customers and new products to existing customers.
- Ensuring product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Following up with customers and regularize payments.
- Managing Area Distributor and Distributor Sales Representative.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ sales experience in the lubrication field.
- Professional qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institute.
- Energetic individual with a positive attitude towards achieving goals and targets on time.
- Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills to deal with clients.
