Job Description
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of Lighting products, and services.
- Prepare and deliver technical and engineering information presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Cooperate with Pre-Sales Department to prepare and deliver technical and financial submittal for new projects.
- Follow up the clients and new projects, to enable more leads generations and desired market share.
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
- Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information , Project probabilities, and forecasts
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, and cope with latest updates of lighting industry.
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that should be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, Help in researching and developing new products, and implementing directives.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills
- (1 year ) of sales experience in Local market.
- Familiarity with Lighting field is preferable
- Basic Knowledge in Electrical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferable) or Business
