On behalf of a Riyadh-based Consultancy, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director with a minimum of 7 years in a sales leadership role to lead their sales department.

The Sales Director will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth through private sector, government contracts, and large-scale projects. Extensive experience in selling B2B services, CRM, and preferably Customer Data Management (CDM). Proven track record in proposal development, government tendering, and pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business goals.

• B2B Sales Expertise: Drive sales of B2B services, leveraging CRM and CDM tools to maximize customer engagement and retention.

• Proposal Development: Lead the development of compelling proposals for private organizations, government tenders, and large contracts.

• Government Tendering: Navigate the complexities of government procurement processes and tender submissions.

• Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to enhance profitability.

• Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, setting sales targets and KPIs.

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.

• Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments.
