On behalf of a well-established Saudi Spare Parts Automotive Manufacturer, we are seeking an ambitious, dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Manager.
Based out of their eastern Province operations you will develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand their customer base.
- Prepare operational and sales department reports.
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure & profitability.
- Hit and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Accountable for developing a customer base in the market.
- Ensure development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Identifies and builds relationships with key decision-makers, and potential new targets.
- Accountable for leading the Sales process and ensuring results (orders, contracts, profitability, and market price development).
- Set sales targets according to market potential.
- Ensure short and long-term sales result from the team.
- Execute and advise pricing guidelines for your area.
- Lead and coach the sales team and manage the performance of the team.
- Ensure adequate resources to achieve the short and long-term targets.
- Develop the competencies of the sales team
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree such as mechanical engineering. Minimum 8 years + sales experience with aftermarket spare parts of automotive or trucks/ OEM.
- Understands selling cycle, customer’s purchasing strategies, selling, and negotiating.
- Understanding business planning and controlling and leading people.
- Min experience 10 years in the same field.
- Expert in sales of automotive spare parts.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
