Sales Consultant, Up to AED 20,000 per month + commission, Dubai

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sales Consultant with at least three years’ experience and who can demonstrate strong sales and business development (B2B) acumen, is a good networker with excellent communication skills, polished and well presented. You will be responsible for developing relationships and account strategies to maximize revenue and client retention and facilitating clients under the portfolio of Citizenship by Investment programs offered by our client. This role is suited for someone who can take initiative and generate their own leads, our client is not looking for someone who wants to sit and wait in the office to be delivered leads. In addition to the above salary our client is offering a great commission package, 10% on our clients leads and 20% on your own leads of net profit. Only candidates with B2B experience will be considered. Experience with professional services firms in the financial or legal industry.


  • Identify business opportunities and set business development strategies to develop a pipeline of business coming into our client, including by proposing new services and pricing of new/existing products, set targets for annual sales
  • Improve the market position of our client and achieve financial growth while maximizing revenues
  • Build, maintain, and retain key relationships with clients and intermediaries, identify new clients, negotiate, and close business deals
  • Understand in depth and stay informed about the market, the business trends, the particularities of each program and to monitor the performance of key competitors in the area
  • Attend industry events and provide feedback on the market development
  • Act as a Relationship Manager for key clients and meet their needs
